You see, we're always thinking about how we can do things differently.

How-To Guide

Set me up in four easy steps - make sure to remove the peel off the protective lens stickers first - and take a glimpse into the future of shopping.

  • download on the app store get it on google play

    Step 1

    Download the eBay Virtual Reality Department Store app and open on your phone.

  • step 2

    Step 2

    Remove the sleeve. Open up the box, lift the two square flaps and fold towards you.

  • step 3

    Step 3

    Stick down the side panels using the velcro pads and move the elastic band halfway up the main flap to grip your phone.

  • step 4

    Step 4

    Insert your phone into the front flap, either turn your volume up or pop your headphones in and close firmly.

Supported Devices

iOS – iPhone 5s and up.
Android – Samsung S5 and equivalent Android devices.

Tips and Tricks

We recommend removing your phone case before you place your phone into the shopticals. Also, make sure your phone is sitting up-right in the shopticals for a clear picture.
